Day 23-24 - Joseph, Oregon (Part 1)

We're camped for 4 nights here in Joseph, Oregon with our friends from the Rotary RV Fellowship. Joseph is the home of our Wagonmasters - Mike & Beth Reed. We had dinner our first night in Joseph at Val's restaurant, which is normally closed, but they opened it for our group. We had a wonderful Hungarian/German dinner made by the owner and her son (shown below). We also attended the Rotary Club of Wallowa County which was in the nearby town of Enterprise. The Wallowa Lake is the main attraction in this area.

  1. They have a Brazilian restaurant on the block that I live(Richmond, VA), the servers walk around with various meats on swords and slice it off as desired. For desert I had cooked pineapple covered in cinnamon it melts in your mouth! They also have salsa dancing on Thursdays.
